- Ponemos a hervir el brócoli.
- Hacemos la pechuga a la plancha. La dejamos un poco cruda para que termine de hacerse en el horno.
- Cortamos unas 6 láminas finas de berenjena. Las rebozamos por la clara de huevo batida y las pasamos por la plancha vuelta y vuelta para que quede un poco crujiente.
- Una vez está hervido el brócoli lo cortamos en trocitos pequeños, hacemos lo mismo con la pechuga.
- Colocamos una lámina de berenjena en una bandeja de horno y añadimos encima el brócoli y la pechuga y ponemos otra lámina de berenjena. Repetimos el proceso una vez más y lo metemos en el horno a unos 200 grados durante 15-20 minutos.
- Le ponemos unas rodajas de tomate por encima y un poco de cebolla pasada por la plancha sí os gusta.
