Directions

  1. Préchauffer votre four à 180 degrés, laver et couper les légumes en rondelles fines et régulière.
  2. Frotter le plat avec l’ail et laisser le dedans si vous le souhaitez. Dressez les légumes dans le plat en alternant une tranche de chaque.
  3. Mettre dans un bol l’huile, les herbes aromatiques de votre choix, le sel, le poivre avec un peu d’eau.
  4. Ajouter ce mélange sur les légumes et enfourner zones pendant 25 min environ.
