Bacon, Egg & Cheese Frittata

Easy peasy, delicious bacon, egg and cheese frittata.

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. Cook and crumble bacon and stir fry vegetables, no oil.
  3. Whisk eggs and sour cream in a 9" pie plate sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Stir in crumbled bacon, vegetables and cheese.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Reviews 
I made this again and waited to add the mozzarella until 25 min. in oven. Sprinkle cheese over the top and continue cooking for 5 min. This changed the texture to more chewy and still totally delicious.
