Bizcocho Vainilla

Irresistible y muy jugoso.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mezclar en un bol el huevo con el yogur, salvado avena y trigo, leche en polvo, levadura y aroma de vainilla.
  2. En otro bol poner a punto de nieve los 250gr de claras con pizca de sal. Mezclar con cuidado los dos contenidos para que no se bajen las claras. Si se bajan quedará jugoso pero no tan esponjoso (aireado).
  3. Horno 15 minutos a 160 grados en hornos con ventilador. Pinchamos para comprobar que está hecho.
