Salsa

A quick and easy salsa that can be used to flavour meals without excess sodium, fat or sugar.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop up everything chunky and mix in a large pot.
  2. Crush the garlic in the pot, heat on a medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Note: this can be frozen for later use. You can also add green and red capsicum to the mix for some extra sweetness.

I'll have to try this one!...is there some kind of liquid you can put in to make it like store bought salsa?

As I don't like it too spicy, I'd put in capsicum instead of jalapenos.
