  1. Смешиваем в блендере творога, 1 желток, протеина, разрыхлитель, стевия, немного воды (2-3 ст.ложки), добавляем ванильный экстракт или ванилин.
  2. Отдельно взбиваем 2 белка до устойчивых пиков.
  3. Аккуратно ложкой вводим белки в творожную массу, и аккуратно перемешиваем-что бы осталась воздушность.
  4. В форму (у меня разъемная 16 см) 160 градусов, на 40 минут. Остывать оставляем в духовке, что бы сразу не опала. Это важно. Приятного аппетита.
  5. Кто есть днем, можно добавить сухофрукты или банан.
