Bolo Integral de Abacaxi

Delicioso bolo de abacaxi, com farelo de aveia e trigo. Simples e rápido.

Directions

  1. Junte todos os ingredientes menos o fermento e bata no liquidificador ou à mão. Caso a massa fique muito líquida acrescente mais aveia.
  2. Forre uma forma antiaderente ou de vidro refratário com o abacaxi em pedaços cobrindo todo o fundo. Acrescente o fermento à massa e misture. Despeje a massa por cima do abacaxi e leve ao forno preaquecido a 180° por 15 a 18 minutos.
  3. Depois de 10 minutos verifique a cada 2 minutos espetando um palito, pois dependendo do forno assa muito rápido. Assim que o palito sair sequinho, retire do forno.
