  1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients et faire épaissir à feu doux dans une casserole.
  2. Pendant ce temps, préchauffez le four à 180°C.
  3. Verser la crème dans un moule à manqué et cuire 45 minutes.
  4. Laisser refroidir complètement et placer au réfrigérateur pendant au moins 2 heures avant de démouler.
