Directions

  1. Faire tremper les dattes dénoyautées dans un bol d'eau. Une fois ramollis, retirez-les de l'eau et mélangez-les avec la purée de sésame.
  2. Ajouter le reste des ingrédients et bien pétrir jusqu'à obtenir une pâte non collante.
  3. Diviser en 20 morceaux , les rouler entre les mains pour former des balles.
  4. Disposer sur une assiette et réfrigérer environ 30 minutes.
