Рулетики из Шпината с Форелью

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Разделите яйца.
  2. Взбейте яичный желток, шпинат и муку в блендере.
  3. Взбейте яичные белки со щепоткой соли.
  4. Смешайте все ингредиенты, кроме сыра и форели.
  5. Равномерно распределите тесто на противне, застеленном пергаментной бумагой. Выпекать при 180°С 10 минут.
  6. Снимите пергаментную бумагу с теста, затем распределите сыр и добавьте форель. Свернуть в рулет.
  7. Завернуть рулет в целлофан и убрать в холодильник на 60-80 минут.
  8. Разрезать на порции.
