Leche Asada

Leche asada light, sin caramelo.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Vaciar la leche en un bowl con las gotas de endulzante, revolver.
  2. Añadir los huevos y las claras de a uno, ademas incorporar la vainilla y la ramita de canela, y revolver.
  3. Cocer en una olla por alrededor de 15 min o hasta que comience a hervir (no dejar que hierva).
  4. Vaciar el contenido de una fuente para horno y cocinar por alrededor de 60 min o hasta que este dorado y cuajado.
  5. Dejar enfriar y servir.
