Sepia con Gambas

Es un plato, ligero y rápido de hacer.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Primero poner en el wok o sartén cebolla a dorar con la cucharadita de aceite.
  2. Añadir tomate maduro y rojo troceado sin piel, sino tenemos podemos usar de lata que viene troceado y natural.
  3. El resto es facilisimo, solo tenemos que pasarlo por la batidora una vez listo (si queremos le podemos añadir un poquito de pulpa de los pimientos choriceros pero esto es opcional, igualmente esta buenisimo) y volver a echar en el wok o sartén, añadimos agua o caldo, ponemos la jibia troceada y cocer durante unos minutos hasta que este tierna y para que espese la salsa, luego unos minutos antes de que este listo añadir los guisantes y las gambas
