Tasty, cholesterol-free dish for lunch or dinner.

Directions

  1. Chop vegetables and mince chicken using a food processor.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Form slightly flat patties and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Put in preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes at 370°F or until golden brown.
