Directions
- Trocear la pechuga de pollo a tacos.
- Batir los huevos en un bol y agregar una pizca de sal,añadir la harina de almendras, el queso parmesano, el ajo y cebolla en polvo, y orégano.
- Precalentar el horno a 180°c.
- Pasar los tacos de pollo por el huevo y luego por la mezcla para empanar.
- Deja reposar 5 min con el empanado.
- Poner en una bandeja de horno separados. Añadir un chorrito de aceite por encima. Hornear a 180° durante 20-25 min. Dependerá del grosor del pollo. Cocina hasta que se vean dorados.
