Homemade Tortillas
Delicious homemade tortillas.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Warm up water and pour all at once. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes, covered with a paper towel.
- After 10 minutes divide into 15 1" balls. Place balls in a bowl and let sit for another 10 minutes.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out tortillas (8 to 10" diameter).
- Heat a pan until water sizzles when sprinkled on it and throw in as many tortillas as you want to eat, one at a time.
- Note: you can save the rest for up to 4 days without cooking them and after they are cooked you can leave them in the fridge to heat up and eat.
