This tuna salad for one is a great quick lunch or snack for work or on the go.

Sounds like a better salad for South Beach. Sounds tasty, but on Atkins induction phase, you would have to leave out the raisins and use regular, not light, mayonnaise.

Raisins? I don't know if that's a great idea for South Beach, as they are concentrated in fructose. I might still use this recipe for level 2, but I would only use maybe a tablespoon of raisins, if any.
