Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

Directions

  1. Add chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, nonfat milk, and 1/2 banana, sliced, to a blender.
  2. Add 10 cubes of ices, and blend for 2 minutes until well blended.

Absolutely awesome and makes a nice change from the standard protein shake. Thoroughly recommend it.

I loved this recipe ,but adjusted it a little to my liking! I used vanilla protein powder instead,1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter, 1/2 medium banana, 1 c. of 2% reduced milk
