Thon et Curry Quiche

Quiche sans pâte.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Préchauffer le four à 180°C (th 6).
  2. Bien égoutter le thon et bien l'écraser à la fourchette, y ajouter le jus d'un citron.
  3. Ajouter les jaunes d'oeufs, mélanger. Monter les blancs en neige ferme avec une pincée de sel. Réserver.
  4. Faire dorer l'ail et l'oignon 2 min dans l'huile d'olive. Ajouter à la préparation au thon, puis ajouter le curry et la crème fraîche. Saler, poivrer.
  5. Délayer la maïzena dans le lait froid. L'ajouter au mélange précédent, puis incorporer les blancs en neige.
  6. Mettre dans un plat de 22 cm de diamètre à bords hauts. Parsemer de gruyère. Enfourner 30 minutes.
  7. Servir tiède ou froid.
