Excellent. Hearty and delicious. Even my husband liked it....He said it would have tasted better if the yolk was included but that's my husband!

This was really good. Instead of egg whites I used 3 servings of egg beaters, and instead of sliced American Cheese (which I did not have) I used 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella. Probably cheddar is better tho. I also added a few drops of Frank's Hot Sauce. (My flavor favorite) It needed a little zip. Nice omelet and sooooo filling.
