I've been making this for years and it's great with chips, as a topping to grilled meats, or in a sub sandwich.

All I can say is yum yum! I ate this with the Baked Tostito Scoops. I am definitely taking this to the next gathering where I have to take a dish. I think it made more than 4 servings, but all the lower the carbs and calories and such. YUM YUM.
