Сырники

Сырники из творога и яичного белка.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Творог смешать с яичными белками, добавить муки и ванильного сахара.
  2. Все ингредиенты перемешать миксером; разогреть антипригарную сковороду (если ее нет, добавить каплю растительного масла и растереть ее кисточкой по сковороде).
  3. Столовой ложкой положить получившуюся массу на сковороду (1 ложка = 1 сырник), готовить до румяной корочки, затем перевернуть. Жарить до готовности.
