I sleep when I can eat when I can one thing I so is workout I tend to hit the gym 5 days a week except the weekend I work 11-hour shifts on weekend but I do manage to do an hour and a half worth of walking. Best sleep I've gotten since being an adult

Just outta curiosity do anybody use Fitbit or Samsung gear

I'm on my second FitBit, had the HR and now the Charge 2. I like both, but the HR better, but neither are any good when strength training. I think they are good otherwise.
