Thursday was a horrible day. Something happened first thing in the morning that made me VERY depressed. Took a nap, got back up for a couple hours, and went to bed for the night at 6pm (got in BED at 4:30pm, but it took me til 6 to go to sleep). It was just one of those days that I didn't want to be AWAKE for.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, Charlene, I cried most of the day yesterday, but have not shed a tear today, so that's an improvement! Might need to call doc on Monday to see if I need to get my antidepressants tweaked again!
