Well, 223 when I weighed in this morning, but I totally sabotaged that today. Hit McDonalds for dinner on the way to my Mom's after having a goodbye lunch in a restaurant with my husband. I did stop myself from getting a chocolate shake or stopping for a giant bag of chips and dip... I really want to sooth myself with food right now. My s-sister moved to hospice today. Her birthday is on the 12th. I don't think she will make it. :(
101.2 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sorry to hear this. This is also a time where you can eat the healthy, low calorie snacks to comfort you. I find that an apple, pineapple or other fruits are at least a better choice as long as they don`t have added sugar.
