Feeling a bit frustrated. I had been weighing in at 150 for several days this past week, but when weigh in day came (I only record it once a week), it went back up to 151. I'm just ready to be out of the 150's. I feel like if I can get below 150, then I've finally made some real progress. I haven't weighed less than 150 for a few years now. I can't let this get to me, but losing a pound a week was quite motivating.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well, don't let yourself get pulled down! You know there is a lot of things that go into the weight on the scale - water weight, the built-in error on the scale - 1 pound is really not too much. You could try to do some intermittent fasting to push through the 150s. One way is to pick an 8 hour window to eat your meals and don't eat the other 16 hours. Very doable and really works! Good luck!

Yeah, I'm thinking it's water retention because I made my spicy jalapeno dip for the Super Bowl and couldn't resist. The dip isn't so bad, it's the chips and all the salt. I'm hoping that's all it is. I've thought about doing some intermittent fasting. Never done it before. May do that when I'm not at work.
