Today started rather lazy. Fridays are hard days at work for me since I'm doing my job by myself (there are 2 of us there the rest of the week) and the workload is the same. So I tend to sleep in on Sat. After finally doing a little housework, I decided I needed to get in at least a short workout. Well, I ended up getting the den/workout room straightened up first. It was in dire need of it. My youngest son decided to work out with me, although we do our own thing, just at the same time. I ended up doing more of a workout than originally planned since the area was neater and my equipment was dusted off. I'll be feeling it tomorrow. But it's a good feeling. Was encouraging when the hubs came out of his office (right off the den) and kissed me and told me he is proud of me and my commitment to improving my health. Hoping it motivates him to start getting some excercise in to help his diabetes.
