Again I faced the scale. I hate the scale no matter how well I do on Keto. I hate that I hate an inanimate object. Unbowed. Working towards indifference .
87.5 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The scale is a liar. I would kick mine however due to the glass top and sharp corners, that probably wouldn't be wise.

It is a tool... but it shouldn't be our only way of measuring progress. I rely more on my taping (seamstress/sewing tape) every-other-day than I do on the number my scale shows... if I had to exclusively rely on ONE, it'd be the seamstress tape.

Well that's an impressive drop! Be proud. I have been using the scale less, feels great to not obsess on the number!
