Up a pound, to be expected I guess! 2 Cheat Meals this week. Also a bit more wine than usual. May or may not have made a difference, we'll see! Also I always seem to gain when I've stopped exercising a bit, then get back to it. Weird!
99.9 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
