Had a wonderful day on Saturday - made this for dinner: Skinny Teriyaki Grilled Pork Chop with pineapple, Asian cucumber salad and rice with mushrooms. Company brought rhubarb cake and left it here - aaaahhh! But I've only had one small slice, and hopefully hubby will eat it all up soon, but it sure was good!
