powered through that! I ate a LOT too. Just A LOT of good stuff!

Actual:
Waist Measure: 33" on 11/22 (Goal is 32")
BF %: 16.5% on 11/22 (Goal is 10%)
Pushups: 50 this morning. Form is better. I definitely reached muscle fatigue around 50. (Goal is 100)
Fasting: Broke fast at 11:30 am

Cut Plan:
Pushups: Rest weekend. 55 form push-ups Monday.
Fasting: Water fast today until noon.
Weight: finish cut by end of year.
Exercise: Plan to enter a custom one if possible for my base metabolism. Use it to log progress.

Add dips in December probably.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 19.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

This is embarrassing.......I read "add dips in December", and with everyone talking all the Thanksgiving food......I'm thinking dips with chips....geezzz and I belong to a gym and have a trainer! Ugh. Lol

Haha. Nope! I have a custom made set of dip bars in the basement! I need to definitely get down there more often.
