Very productive and crappy eating weekend. Working hard this week to focus on NO PROCESSED SUGAR. Fasted well yesterday until about 5:30pm. Fasting again today.

Nice work on the BF - I have a caliper at home but cannot seem to do it accurately on myself - I have my trainer do it for me. Do you measure yourself? I know it is possible with one measurement at the suprailiac for women...but I guess I am a geek...

Maybe try the Aquave Nectar?? I just bought a bottle. The only time I have added sugar is the spoon I put in my coffee. I'm ok with that, but so many people have been talking about this nectar, I gotta give it a shot.

Thanks all!! Found the tape measure. The 5 yo used it to measure the 1 yo. She's 60 inches. 😂

@pickles I'm going to have to try that. I'm also going to try to figure out the one broth thing. It sounds really good.

Tim and Pickles - please be cautious in using agave nectar. It's the worst sweetener you can use. Agave nectar has a low-glycemic index for one reason only: it’s largely made of fructose, which although it has a low-glycemic index, is now known to be a very damaging form of sugar when used as a sweetener. Agave nectar has the highest fructose content of any commercial sweetener (with the exception of pure liquid fructose). All sugar- from table sugar to HFCS (high-fructose corn syrup) to honey- contains some mixture of fructose and glucose. Table sugar is 50/50, HFCS is 55/45. Agave nectar is a whopping 90% fructose, almost- but not quite- twice as high as HFCS. Please, please stay away from it, from a health standpoint...

I don't know if you guys can copy and paste links, but here's an awesome article written by Dr. Mercola exposing the truth behind the Agave Nectar hype. Please read it before you buy any of it, or Google "Dr. Mercola Agave Nectar": http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dr-mercola/agave-this-sweetener-is-f_b_537936.html

Mercola... He's the "doctor" who says HIV doesn't cause AIDS....

He was just one doctor that I pulled from the search results!!! There's many, many more. How about this from WebMD: "Much like high-fructose corn syrup, it's highly processed before you can add it to your tea, top your pancakes with it, or get it in an energy drink, bar, or other product." But here's also another link to an article that also includes hyperlinks to the studies that are cited in the article where it references how and why agave nectar is basically nothing more than more-cleverly marketed high fructose corn syrup, only *more* worse for you health-wise.
