Had a great week, down into the next set of tens! Yay! Canadian Thanksgiving is this weekend - will need to show some restraint, but not planning on obsessing!
113.3 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 33.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
