Lindart's Journal, 06 Oct 16

Breakfast out this morning with a friend, tried to make it as close to normal as possible, but of course they served sweetened vanilla yogurt, but I think it was OK. Better than if I had chosen something else.

Looking forward to Thanksgiving, but keeping an eye on the calories in what I am making. Trying to decide whether to stuff the turkey (which I always have done) or cook the dressing separately. My feeling is that the stuffing in the turkey would have much higher calorie count. Any thoughts?
