I almost weigh 20 pounds fewer than at this point last year. For the first time in over 10 years I went jogging. That's how confident being on this Whole30 program has made me. I still have about 30 pounds to go!
88.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great Job Arochom! I started jogging again this year after 12ish years too. Couldn't jog for a minute straight in May and two weeks ago I ran a 5K.
