Super Dooper! I am finally down to 159! I was great on my regular 3 day diet and today I'm just being cautious and staying lowcarb/lowcal BUT I'm eating things I've had in the frig leftover from my reg 3 day diet stuff, so carbs might be higher than a TRUE low carb BUT I feel so GOOD! I am looking forward to tomorrow and the start of the 3 Fat Fast challenge. BUT AGAIN, I am so happy I feel so good and am down that crazy 1/2 pound from my last weight recording BUT also down the roller coaster of between 159.5 and 162. I have to talk to myself daily and today it is OK JMA lets keep it together and stay on WOE over the weekend (which is normally my downfall). :-)
72.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
