Totally blew the weekend!! Back on the straight and narrow so far this week. Our Ladies Day was a great success! Everyone enjoyed the day, it was worth all the work!
90.3 kg Lost so far: 29.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I get it I fell hard for a few weeks! We had company for 6 weeks and it was food food food! I'm back to so go for it, you only fail if you quit!
