Hi all,
I'm Cathy and I am gonna give this a good go at it.
I have always struggled with my weight but now after becoming ill, herniated disc's in my neck and lower back and all the meds, I am morbidly obese (again) It hurts so much to move a lot that I found myself sedentary. I am now trying to push on and develop some strength, maybe so I can move more.
At 1 point after my divorce and before I became disabled I had lost 140 pds and now have gained it all back.
