I was on a trip and was able to eat healthy and do some exercise.. I hope I can keep this weight for a long while :)
49 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yeah I agree, I dont think being sub 100lbs is healthy. How tall are you? Based on your pic even at 109lbs you looked a tad too thin.

thank you @fatswater i think it was because of a long trip.. I manage to redo yoga ..which doesn't make you sweat or accelerate metabolism but somehow disciplines your body.. I just hope to stay on track.. thanks for the cheering up :)
