Well I decided to weigh anyway and was pleasantly surprised. Today I am back to whatever "normal" is and ready to be there. Life is crazy but good and today is a gift that's why it's called the present. =)
80.5 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
