*sigh* What can I say, last night was my carb nite and I went to bed feeling so sick. My mom came into town and we both feel like we never want to eat like that again. I think it is the old method of quitting smoking; when people buy a large carton of cigs and smoke the whole box. Just makes you feel yucky.

Well, back on 500-700 kcal/day LCHF. It's always nice to get back to a way of eating that makes me feel good.
67.5 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Doubtless that's mostly water retention. Flush it away...

I used to eat that low and it is not healthy. If you are fat on that low of calories, then it is water weight or something else. Fiber pills and dandelion root help keep water weight off. I started swelling a few months ago and could not get it to stop. Then too 3 capsules of dandelion root and 6 capsules of amla. Took off 12 pounds in 4 days. I am up 2.5 pounds today. But up 2 pounds means that it is not fat. Instead of fat loss, you might consider liver and kidney health. Spleen and pancreas can also cause water weight. Soak/bathe in epsom salt.

Also notice that all the posts seem to be people gaining 2 to 6 pounds. This is not fat.

My plan involves carb cycling. I feel your pain and yet last week the carbs I had been anticipating were a disappointment. You can turn this around.
