There. That's better.
Food yesterday still really good and got out to mow (weedwhack actually) my lawn. It's small so the trimmer takes care of it all in one...whack. :) My obliques got a little extra work and I was a sweaty mess by the time I was done with back and front but it was good. Even swept up some before I went back inside for a plop with a cold beverage.
Greeting my day with a cup of coffee and sugar free Carmel Macchiato creamer...not a bad way to start. We started measuring the creamer used last week so I know what I'm getting and it's surprisingly enough with just 1 Tbsp. Which is good since it's a carb each :) Hate spending that much of my allowance on non-food.

Nice job with the loss. I like the sugar free creamers for iced coffee, combined with a little half/half. Makes a nice "treat" without a lot of calories/carbs.
