So, after today's weigh in, I am at my lowest weight since I started on this site 2 years ago. Just a little change in the diet and the exercise routine can make things happen. It's not just the scale moving, but I can really start to see my body taking shape. It is a fantastic feeling. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Nothing too much to tell on my side. Just busy. Have a great day everyone.

Congrats! It's one thing to see a loss on the scale, but when you can actually see a difference in your body.... BEST. FEELING. EVER.
