Hello. How is everyone? I am a married male in my late 30's. I have two wonderful daughters and I try to hit the gym as much as possible.

I never really understood the proper way to eat until three years ago. That was a big wake up call for me. Now I have learned and it will always be a struggle but sites and people like this help.
