Well, the epic journey has begun. Spent two days at a lake in Alabama. Arrived tonight at Strom Thurmond lake in South Carolina. My dog and I will be here for two days before moving onto Charleston. I'm happy to see that my weight is starting to drop again. Only 2.4 pounds until I reach my goal. Which I would like to do by the 14th, when my son gets married. I hope everybody has a great rest of the week and a wonderful weekend.
89.5 kg Lost so far: 60.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
