The last 3 days have been grueling! I had lots and lots of exercise and boy am I tired. Golf started Tuesday, followed by Bowling on Wednesday. Then I bowled in the Arkansas Senior Olympics on Thursday(2 silver medals and one Gold). Thursday evening I bowled again on League making the total number of games 9 for the day. Ouch, my shoulders ached and my fingers are sore! I am ready for bowling to be over for the season. We have 2 weeks left.

congrats on the medals. I love that they have senior olympic sports. My aunt used to do the senior olympics golf in florida.

My sore fingers are healing nicely but my shoulders still ache. The Senior Centers across America do wonderful things for seniors. A special thank you to them!
