Day 4 of the intermittent fast. Last night I was still hungry but I drank water and pretended I ate. I looked at my belly and said body, you have reserves, you're going to be OK! This morning I did more gardening but only for an hour as I had to go to work. Sore but good. :) And yeah, definitely hard labour keeps hunger away. I fasted for 16 hrs! Yay! :D But I don't think that'll be the norm but maybe! I see that I atet he house though before 1pm, but that's OK. I can have mini snacks or start fasting earlier. I think as long as my cals stay down I'll be OK.

Lifesatrip, by smelling food n pretend I ate it. Remember how full you are. Drink water so you really are full. Then cook something but don't eat it. I cooked for the next day.

You are very strong... Awakening the other senses of sight, smell, sound, touch and resisting the temptations to taste. It's like going window shopping - enjoying all the extravagant luxuries, but without money to spend. It keeps us clutter free from the stuff we think we want, but really do not need. Ultimately less is more.
