Even with the cleanse I did this past week only a pound came off. Not to happy but I had no energy. So I have realized my body needs the energy from food in order for me to work out properly and lose weight the right way. I am a gimic doer. Not anymore. Time to do it all the right way. There is no magic pill or remedy that is going to make me lose weight but the proper way
97.5 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

TRUTH - find a simple plan, track and log your food here, and move a little through walks or something. You will see progress!

Well put it this way, you had the strength to stay on the cleanse for a week, now you know you can resist temptations. Are you doing the ease out? Have you heard about intermittent fasting? You will find what's best for you along the way and try to measure too if you don't already, sometimes that scale is a derailment! Good luck, you can do it and we are here to help!

What we are trying to do it is so HARD....I applaud your efforts...we don't know what will work for us until we find it...I am learning that I have to balance my calories and carbs...and I still believe in power foods...You had progress and I had failure...However, we continue on with what we have learn...Lets Do This!!
