Woke at 225.4, down 3.4 from yesterday, despite a low calorie burn, high eating day. Finished all the holiday goodies in one swoop! Today back on track. Did 69 minutes of HIIT treadmill right after work. Got a 221.2 weigh in. Up 3.6 from four days ago, but better than the 228.8 weight from yesterday morning. Will target 1200-1500 per day until I get back on my 1950 per day calorie target for this month.

Fabulous job! We still have all the goodies around here, but they are not attracting me. My daughter and her friends need some snacks and she's a big supporter with me losing weight. My trouble isn't food (however, I will eventually have my cheat Prime Rib with a salad evenutally). My trouble is exercise. I have to push myself to get started. I'll be on my treadmill this weekend, but meanwhile I'm doing floor exercises--and not mean of them. I just try to think back to my old gym days--LOL. So glad to be back on here and to see how well you are doing!

Thanks, Jillzee! Great to have you back. I went up about 10 pounds this past year. Been doing great with the exercise, but took the calories up a bit too high. Committed to getting back to that blue line!
