Woke at 223.8, down .6 from yesterday. Started to move massive water today, which made my outside HIIT walking/running a challenge! Had to rush back home three times for potty breaks. Also tweaked my foot a bit so had to do walking only for the last 3.5 miles. Got 5.5 miles in and weighed 217.8 afterward. Had a great day of low carb eating, but kids want to go out for steaks, so will do that. Huge calories at Texas Roadhouse (and a few liquor filled chocolates when I returned). Oh well...

I lost count of how many times I got up last night. Partly due to my hubby who got sick during the night. =( Here's hoping I don't get it!

Yes! Let's hope not! I didn't have the problem last night, but I think tonight will be different! Just glad I don't have any long distance driving to do because I'm running to the bathroom every 30 minutes or so!

Wow...6 pounds in fluid...I almost wish that could happen to me! Great job bringing the numbers down...take care of that foot :D
