Back on track. Had slipped by eating at least a minimum of 300 calories more a day for a while there. I'm sticking to my guns and blaming the fall months. No it is not colder, it's a biological thing every damn year. I am not jumping on eating chips, cookies, or crap....but I just feel like I need more. I have been trying to do my in between snacks, but cutting out the carb definitely helps. Oh, and yes, if I am up 'past my bedtime' I am starving right before I fall asleep. Usually not hungry in the morning, I try to eat in an 8-9 hr window (between 10-7p)and fast for the rest. Lately, my stomach is GROWLING in the a.m. and starving. I ignore because I am busy in the mornings at home and then work, drink my lemons (it is the season so I have a giant box from my mother in law). Drink some green tea. By then it's 10-11 am and I can eat breakfast. Definitely feeling better. On track to my goal. At least FOR TODAY!
